How can I get the app?
Select the Android or iPhone button above. Then, select “Install.”
How do I order my prescription from the app?
Open the app, Select ZIP 97401 – Broadway Apothecary and choose “Scan Rx Bottle” or “Type Rx Number.” Depending on your previous choice, scan your prescriptions bar code or enter your last name, Rx number and choose pickup or mail. Select “Submit.”
How do I order my prescription from the website?
Select the “Refill Prescription” icon at the top of the Broadway Apothecary website. Enter patient’s last name and enter Rx number(s). Select pickup or deliver. A note is not required, but you may enter details and/or preferences in this field if you like. Select “Submit.”
How do I create an account from the app?
Prescriptions can be refilled without creating an account. However, if you would like to view your prescription history and pocket profile, please create an account. Open the app. Select “View My Profile.” Select “Create Account.” Enter your name, date of birth, email address, then choose a password. Select “Create.” Your account may be accessed from the app or the website.
How do I create an account from the website?
Prescriptions can be refilled without creating an account. However, if you would like to view your prescription history and pocket profile, please create an account. Select the “Refill Prescription” icon at the top of the Broadway Apothecary website. Select “Create Account.” Enter all patient information and choose a password. Check “spouse” and/or “children” box(es) if you would like to include multiple patients in one account – please choose “children” for pet patients. Select “Create Account.” Your account may be accessed from the app or the website.
How do I view my pocket profile from the app?
Open the app. Select “View My Profile.” Enter email address and password. Select “Login.” Select “Pocket Profile,” and verify the patient name.
How do I view my pocket profile from the website?
Select the “Refill Prescription” icon at the top of the Broadway Apothecary website. Enter email address and password. Select “Log In.” Select “Pocket Profile,” and verify the patient name.
How do I change my account password?
Open the app. Select “View My Profile.” Select “Reset Password.” Enter your email address. A temporary password will be emailed to you. Open the email and change your password.
